100g Pear Juice
1g Special Ingredients Sodium Alginate
200g Special Ingredients Demineralised Water
4g Special Ingredients Calcium Lactate
Lemon Juice
Blend the Demineralised Water and Calcium Lactate.
Quarter the pears and put them in a dish with lemon juice then using an extractor, extract the pear juice.
Blend the juice and Sodium Alginate.
Heat on a medium heat to remove the air from mixture.
Fill the Spherificator Bottle with the mixture.
Use the Spherificator Bottle to drip juice into the Demineralised Water and Calcium Lactate mixture.
Rinse the pearls with water.
