Isomalt Powder (enough to cover the fruit)
Chocolate Shavings (optional)
1 Orange, cut in half.
Slice the Orange in half and place on a surface that will keep it steady, we used an upturned Measuring Cup.
Add Special Ingredients Isomalt Powder until the top of the orange is covered in a thick layer of powder.
Carefully use a kitchen blowtorch to heat the Isomalt Powder until it crystalises.
Add shaved chocolate onto the crystalised Isomalt powder.
Use tweezers to lift the garnish off of the fruit and place it on the cocktail.
