We do not have a local stockist but offer delivery throughout the UK and internationally. 

What Happens If My Item Is Damaged In Transit?

Items being damaged in transit is very rare, we take great care to ensure all items are secure and well packed. If your item has been damaged please email straight away.

We Are A VAT Registered European Company, Do We Have To Pay VAT On Our Order?

For non-UK orders Tax is no longer applicable. Tax’s may be added on entry to delivery country when your order is processed through customs.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Item?

All orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day. If you live in the UK and choose the standard delivery service you can expect to receive your order in 1-3 working days. We also offer a guaranteed next working day delivery service in the UK. If you live outside the UK you can expect to receive your order within 2-7 working days.

Do You Have Allergens In Your Products?

Only a very small percentage of our products contain allergens.  If a product does contain an allergen it will be highlighted and clearly marked in the product description and on the product label.

Can I Order Larger Amounts Than Shown On Your Website?
