200g Olive Juice
3g Special Ingredients Agar Agar Powder
Olive Oil
Mix the Agar Agar Powder and Olive Juice together.
Bring to the boil and whisk for 2 minutes.
Add the mixture to a squeezy bottle.
Slowly drop the mixture into the Olive Oil.
Gently lift the pearls out with a spoon and rinse with water.
