4 Cloves Garlic finely chopped (20g)
100g Cooked Black Beans
100g Pan Fried Mushroom
2g Chilli Flakes
10g Special Ingredients Nutritional Yeast
20g Special Ingredients Tapioca Flour
100g Green Lentils (tinned or pre boiled)
150g Porridge Oats
100g Cooked Chickpeas (if using tinned, drain contents before weighing)
1 Raw Beetroot (grated 120g)
4g Salt
1g Pepper
5g Parsley
5g Rosemary
Oil for frying
Blend all ingredients together.
Taste and add salt and pepper to your personal taste.
Mould mixture into 150g Burger shaped patties.
Pan fry or grill on a barbeque for 3 minutes on each side.
Serve in a dairy free Burger bun with sliced gherkin, lettuce and tomato – why not try the dairy free cheese sauce on the burger for extra deliciousness.
Please note – all ingredients are previously cooked, so cooking time is a personal preference, just ensure it is hot all the way through.
These can also be frozen or alternatively, use the mixture as meatballs.
