Special Ingredients
1g Special Ingredients Sucrose Ester
50ml Alcohol of your choice
Mini Whisk Frother & Cocktail Foamer
Pour 50ml of your chosen alcohol into a container.
Add 1g Special Ingredients Sucrose Ester and stir with a spoon until dissolved.
Using either a mini mixer, hand blender or standard blender mix the solution until foam has been formed.
Alternatively, use a Special Ingredients Cream Whipper to create the foam
