60 ml milk
4g Special Ingredients Beef Gelatine Powder
480 ml heavy cream
50g granulated sugar
1 Special Ingredients Vanilla Pod
Pour the milk into a small mixing bowl and sprinkle the Special Ingredients Beef Gelatine Powder evenly over the surface in a single layer. Avoid piling it up, as this can prevent proper dissolution. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes to soften.
In a medium saucepan, combine the cream, sugar, and the split vanilla pod with seeds. Warm over medium heat until it just reaches a boil and the sugar has dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and discard the vanilla pod.
Stir the softened gelatin into the warm cream mixture, whisking immediately until fully dissolved and smooth. If needed, return the pan to very low heat, stirring constantly, but do not let it boil, until the gelatin is completely melted.
Pour the mixture into 4 individual serving dishes. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours, or until fully set.
Top with fresh fruit or berries if desired, and enjoy!
