5 Eggs
5 drops of Special Ingredients Hickory Liquid Smoke
A pinch of salt
Semolina
Mix flour, eggs, salt and liquid smoke until you have a homogeneous dough.
Start rolling it out with the dough roller and sprinkle with semolina every time.
When the dough is dry, cut it with the tagliolini cutter and let it dry.
