400g Strawberries
100g Milk Chocolate
Special Ingredients Crackle Crystals
Gently wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries.
Break the chocolate into small pieces, and slowly melt in a heatproof dish over a bain-marie, stirring often.
Once the chocolate is melted, dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate and place on a tray or plate lined with baking paper.
Allow the now chocolate-covered strawberry to cool slightly so that the chocolate is not too soft.
Roll the chocolate covered strawberry in the crackle crystals and place on a tray or plate lined with baking paper.
Place the strawberries into a fridge to cool and set.
