Special Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened yoghurt
⅓ cup Sugar
300ml milk
2g Special Ingredients Agar Agar Powder
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Fruit to serve
Combine Yoghurt and Sugar in a small bowl, and slightly warm in the microwave, OR leave it at room temperature. Note: Yoghurt must NOT cold when add it to milk mixture.
Place Milk and Special Ingredients Agar Agar in a saucepan, mix well, and bring to the boil, stirring frequently. Once boiling, lower the heat and simmer for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
Gradually add Yoghurt to the Milk mixture, constantly mixing with a whisk. *Note: If Yoghurt is cold, it partially sets Milk mixture.
Add Lemon Juice and gently mix to combine. Pour into serving glasses OR jelly moulds, then cool in the fridge to set. We served with fresh fruit.
