Create this spooky Glow in the Dark Vegan Jelly made with Special Ingredients Easy Glow and Vegi Gel. This eerie, luminescent treat is perfect for Halloween parties or any event that calls for a touch of the supernatural.

1.25 Litre pre-mixed Water and Elderflower Cordial Solution to taste
300g Sugar
1g Special Ingredients Citric Acid
2g Special Ingredients Easy Glow
13g - 22g Vegi Gel (depending on firmness of gel)
Make the 1.25 Litre of Elderflower Solution to taste. Using Elderflower Cordial and Water.
In a bowl, add the Special Ingredients Vegi Gel and 250ml of the Elderflower Solution then stir to mix together.
Leave this to soak for 30 minutes.
Place the remaining 1 Litre of Elderflower Solution, sugar and Special Ingredients Citric Acid into a saucepan. Heat until the sugar is fully dissolved whilst stirring continuously.
Remove from the heat and gently add the Easy Glow along with the mixed Special Ingredients Vegi Gel and Cordial Solution from Step 2, then stir until it dissolves.
Pour the mixture into a container or moulds.
Place into a fridge until set.
When serving, turn off the lights in the room. The darker the room, the better the UV Glow.
Shine the Special Ingredients UV Blacklight Torch onto the jelly and it will start to glow.
