Create a tasty Mango Pudding dessert with Special Ingredients Agar Agar.

1 Tbsp Special Ingredients Agar Agar
500ml Milk
4 Tbsp Sugar
1 ripe Mango
½ teaspoon Special Ingredients Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla Extract
In a saucepan, mix a small amount of water with the Special Ingredients Agar Agar and heat unti the Agar Agar is dissolved.
In a seperate saucepan, gently heat the milk.
Remove the mango from it’s skin and place the chunks into a mixer or blender and blend until smooth.
Once the milk is hot, add the sugar and Vanilla Extract and mix well. Then add the disspolved Agar Agar and the blended Mango and stir well.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly and pour into small glasses. Move the continers into the fridge and allow the mixture to stand until thickened.
We served this layered with yoghurt and Mango Chunks.
