50ml Vodka
25ml Kahlúa
8ml Glucose Syrup mixed with 4ml Water and Gingerbread Flavour Drops to taste
1 Tablespoon Heavy Cream
Ice
Ground cinnamon and a gingerbread cookie (for garnish)
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the Vodka, Kahlúa, Gingerbread Flavor Drops , and heavy cream to the shaker.
Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
Optional: Dust the top of the cocktail with a pinch of ground cinnamon to enhance the gingerbread flavor.
Garnish the rim of the glass with a small gingerbread cookie or a piece of gingerbread biscuit.
