30g Oats
40g Blueberries
40g Blackcurrants
1 Banana (can be frozen overnight beforehand)
150ml Milk
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Special Ingredients Pea Protein
Place all ingredients into a blender and mix together until smooth.
