Our Soya Protein is produced from high quality Non-GMO SOYA beans. It can be used for a wide variety of applications such as thickening stews, gravies, fruit juices, yoghurts, creams, milk. It can also be using in making sausages, hams and other meat formations where its properties provide gelation, emulsification and improve the texture making the product easier to slice. It is suitable for Vegans, does not contain Lactose and has a protein content of over 90%. It is suitable for everyone, including people who are Lactose intolerant. It is low calorie, low fat, has no added sugar, is Gluten Free and Non-GMO.

How to use: If using in liquid use 20-40 g of powder (depending on thickness required) per 300ml of liquid. Then Blend until smooth and creamy.


Storage Conditions: Store in dry, cool conditions and not in direct sunlight. Use within 6 months of opening.
