If you are replacing Glucose Syrup with Glucose Powder, use 75g of Glucose Powder instead of 100g of glucose syrup. Our Glucose Powder has a DE value of 40. How to use: As required to achieve the desired taste. If using in conjunction with sugar, add the liquid at the same time as you add the sugar as per your recipe.
