How to Use: Simple to use, just blend Easy Whip into your chosen liquid using a blender, then whip into a light stable foam or mousse using a stand mixer or an electric whisk. Foams can then be dried out at low temperatures to make meringue. Use at 0.5% - 1% compared to recipes weight (5g - 10g per 1 kg).
Storage Conditions: Store in dry, cool conditions and not in direct sunlight.
