Our Tapioca Flour is a premium quality fine white powder. Also known as Tapioca Starch. A natural product ground from the Cassava plant roots It is ideal for anyone on a Gluten free diet and contains no fat or cholesterol. It is low in Sodium and contains iron and calcium. Also used as a thickener in pies, sauces and soups and will give a glossy finish. It is used as a binding agent in Gluten free recipes and can be mixed with other flours to make pastry, bread and cakes which are Gluten free.
